SysONReadOnlyObjectPredicateDelegate does not handle Resources or EAnnotations #1357
Description
SysONReadOnlyObjectPredicateDelegate is supposed to support all kinds of Object to provide whether it is read-only or not.
Currently it only supports Element.
It would be nice, both as a centralized source of truth about editability in SysON, and for downstream applications, to also support Resource and EAnnotation.
