Documentation is Plans for Modernizing Theia Platform Documentation

There are many interesting things we can do with the Theia Platform, and a lot of new developments seem to be happening. The frustrating part is that the current documentation doesn’t reflect this at all; it feels outdated and far below what the platform is actually capable of. Is there any plan to improve it, and perhaps not only for the AI-related features?

Are there any specific pieces of documentation you feel are outdated or lacking somehow? Please open issues in this repo to point out specific parts of the documentation that could be improved. That way, contributors have a better starting point for improvement.
