Secondary window

Hi,
Will Theia support secondary windows the same way VSCode does by dragging an editor tab outside of VSCode and being able to float and also to be able to dock back into VSCode.

That sounds like a reasonable improvement to the feature. Do you mind opening a feature request for this?

Hi @dghazarian,

Theia also supports secondary windows on editors, extension web views and select Theia views. However you can't use drag-and-drop to extract them, instead we have an extract button:

Currently you can't reattach the view, however this is worked on here.

As @msujew said, we don't have a ticket yet for drag-drop-support, feel free to open one.
