AI Chat: Image context shows an empty selection and can't add or select an image file #16707

Bug Description:
Hi,
I am not sure if this is a bug! In the AI chat, I am trying to add an image using the + button, but I see only an empty select image input box, see below:
This is the same when using the variable: #imageContext
Steps to Reproduce:
- In the AI chat, click the + button
- Choose an image file
- You will see an empty prompt for selecting an image file, but you can't select or browse for any file!
Additional Information
- Operating System: Mac
- Theia Version: 1.66
