Google Analytics Stopped Working

Not sure what is happenning but we stopped getting data from google analytics. Playground gets data but not here. See the screenshot below. The continous line is this page, which does not have any incoming data after november.

I think the reason is rather simple. We used to have Google Analytics code on our old website.

I think we need to do the same for our Docusaurus page. I am pretty sure there is a ready-made plugin.

That is weird. The script that I added should be working normally. I will do some testing and see if I can figure it out.

@danielpeintner , there is indeed a plugin from Docusaurus but it is mostly just to add the tracking token. The whole point of the script is not just to add the tracking token but also manage the user consent.

Yes we have the script at https://github.com/eclipse-thingweb/website/blob/master/static/js/consentBanner.js already. I am not sure what is not getting triggered :/

The consent button shows up, clicking on it changes the local storage value etc. So the script is loaded and working in general.

The data stopped flowing around October 21. The same time we merged the big redesign PR: #82. Also just before the OCX event. So @danielpeintner is probably right that it never worked with the new website. @SergioCasCeb will do some tests with the Docusaurus plugin to see how that uses analytics.
