The "Align View" in Windows 11 is not displayed in the menu selection state

Thanks for reporting this. I don't fully understand what the bug is. Is it that the menu entry "Align Views" is not there on Windows 11? Or is it that the toggle state (check mark) is not there? Please let me know.

Yes, the toggle state is not there on Wondows 11.

But it can show the switching status on Windows 10. As shown below:
