Replace Catena-X logos with Tractus-X logos and style.

Description

To make Tractus-X more "generic" for other Manufacturing-X dataspaces which want to use the Portal. The style from our current portal with the old consortia style guideline should change in the open source implementation.

This was discussed in the project lead round and also in some office hours. The idea is to make some sort of "whitewashing" at least on the "styles" level from the portal. So it can be more clear the difference from Catena-X and Tractus-X.

Since tractus-x should be a shared base for building dataspaces based on Catena-X, but this does not mean that the styles of Catena-X should be present everywhere.

We actually never had capacity to do that but now @saudkhan116 has volunteered to do the work and will try to make it more configurable or more generic the portal styles and the logos.

Acceptance Criteria

• [Remove all Catena-X references from the portal components]
• [Introduce Tractus-X logos instead of Catena-X]
• [Add style guideline from Tractus-X]
