Update the DID Document Validation JSON Schema in Portal Backend #1664

Description
As we want to be compliant with Catena-X standardization ,
I want I want to update the DID Schema for did validation ,
so that All the DIDs can be validated with the new schema.
Acceptance Criteria
- The DID schema is updated to the new version
- [Validation tests should be provided]
Additional Information
The JSON schema for the did document should be updated according to the R25.09 DID Document standard. The proposed JSON schema is here.
Please note that this standard has not yet been officially accepted! QG2 will end on Jul 10, 2025, after which we can assume the standard to be accepted (formal, watertight acceptance will happen on Aug 24, 2025).
