Move Security content catenax-ng from to Eclipse-Tractus-X Webpage?

Hi all,

currently i´m cleanng up as described in sig-infra issue and moving some content arround for our a bit outdated https://catenax-ng.github.io/

There i found also some security related stuff that maybe we should move directly into our Eclipse Tractus-X Webpage.

Just asking to prevent missleading information maybe you want to move it or should i directly raise a little pr to move the content to this repository?
