🐞First message different for sender and receiver

Description

Occured on INT during R24.08 testing:
After I send a notification, a message is created. That message is different than the message received by the other BPN.

Current behaviour

I create following notification:

I approve it, the status is updated and an empty message is created:

But on receiver side it looks like this:

Description in message and the status in the message is different than the notification status.

Expected behavior

I expect the messages for sender and receiver to be identical.
For the receiver I expect the correct status in the message.

Steps to reproduce the Bug

1. Create and send notification with description
2. Check notification message history on sender and receiver side
