Provide a FIX based interface to export repo trades #168
Description
As of now, there is no mechanism to automatically export trades to external systems.
That's an important feature, some clients may want to use other systems as middle or back office systems, so a way should be found to export trades to them from Eclipse Tradista.
The interface should be based on FIX, which is a standard format to import/export trades. This FIX interface should be in a dedicated application (one interface per application for more scalability).
We should be able to monitor the exported FIX messages.
Segregation should be activated: an end user can only see FIX messages related to his PO.
This ticket will be about exporting Specific and GC repo trades (other asset classes will be implemented in other tickets).
