Outline empty when opening and editor with IFileStore

When opening an editor with a IFileStore as input, the outline is blank. Is this a bug? This is the case for json files as well as xml files, I have not tested any other.
To my limited debugging efforts it seems also that the vscode server returns an empty response so I guess it might be a problem on their side, if it is a problem.

Yes, it is a bug. Note sure where exactly, but still worth being reported as such.

I looked a bit more into this and it seems it is caused by LSP4E calling the document outline function with the URI: file:/path, instead of file:///path. I opened an issue there. Thanks!
