Eclipse WindowBuilder Application NOT Opening

Eclipse WindowBuilder Application NOT Popping up when running as java application.
Design tab works, but pop outs and buttons don't work

Using...
Eclipse IDE for Java Developers (includes Incubating components)
Version: 2025-06 (4.36.0)

Downloaded the WindowBuilder from the eclipse marketplace
Used basic hello world code basically.

Can you elaborate on what exactly you mean?

• Which buttons aren't working?
• What exactly are you doing?
• What are you expecting?
• Are there any exceptions in the error log?

Just based on your snippet, I don't see anything that doesn't behave as it should.

The issue is my eclipse I believe - not the code - the code works

What operating system are you using? I remember reading about some issues with Swing on MacOS, which might be related to this.

Then I'm fairly certain the problem you're seeing is identical to eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.swt#2252, or rather https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8289573. Which sadly means that I don't really see a way around this issue...
