standalone published artifacts for plugins is bundled in a single zip

Describe the bug

The standalone artifacts for plugins/bridges are bundled together in a single zip file: https://download.eclipse.org/zenoh/zenoh-plugin-ros2dds/0.11.0-rc.3/

Previous to the CI changes, those artifacts were bundled individually in their own zip file, one for the plugin and another for the bridge. The documentation in each of the plugin/bridge repositories point to the individual zip files.

Either the docs need to be updated or the CI process needs to change to conform to expectations.
