Adding Excel or ODT based workflow to importing CSV

Some terms have enum values in the CSV import, such as boolean values, data types (integer, string, etc.). Best would be to have drop down cells like in Excel (see screenshot below). I am not sure how we can easily do that without bringing an excel parser dependency but there should be a way :)

From the meeting, changes must be done. The user will be able to select the extension of the template (dropdown), extensions will be csv, ods and xlsx. These files will be store on the repository and csv files need to change for ";" instead of ",". Ods and xlsx files will have instructions and filters predefined.
