Adding Force Import Button for TMC contributions

TMC API allows adding a TM that has conflicts with existing data through a force import mechanism: https://github.com/wot-oss/tmc/blob/main/api/tm-catalog.openapi.yaml#L627

For testing purposes, this would be useful in EdiTDor and we can add a checkbox in the TMC contribution section. However, that should be unchecked by default and should require double clicking to enable, i.e. user clicks, a pop asks for confirmation, clicking yes enables it.

I can implement the force-import option in the TMC contribution UI as described —

**checkbox disabled by default,

confirmation dialog on first enable (double-click style behavior),

and ensure the flag aligns with the existing API support for force imports.**
