Provide easy access to the publisher agreement #1293
Description
Right now, someone needs to go through several hoops to link accounts together before finally being able to get to the "Show Publisher Agreement" button.
Would it be possible to share the publisher agreement publicly somewhere? It is much easier for the engineering team to forward a URL to the legal team to review than to copy/paste the Open VSX Publisher Agreement from the modal dialog that pops up. Copying the text comes with its risk so it would be nice if we could have a publicly accessible URL instead.
