Use minimatch.java?

@ralfstx just for your information, I have started to port JavaScript minimatch to Java https://github.com/angelozerr/minimatch.java

I would like to use it inside tern.java to include/exclude JavaScript files to load.

I have done that quicly, so I think there are several bugs, but I'm writing a lot of tests. I have not done performance tests too, but I would like to share with you this project.

Once minimatch.java will be stable I think we could manage powerful path.
