What is the optimal process to install from source? (default ways of installing are failing on locked environment)

For some reason http://github.eclipsesource.com/jshint-eclipse/updates/ is getting me an error:

No repository found at https://github.eclipsesource.com/jshint-eclipse/updates/.

EDIT: Tried both with http and https

I tried installing via marketplace: http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/jshint-eclipse

This is most often caused by a problem with your internet connection. Please check your internet connection and retry marketplace.eclipse.org
