Document CRD's `options` property

All CRDs support an options property to add arbitrary key-value pairs to the resource.
This should be documented on the website - especially for app definitions which we have an explicit explanation of all properties for: https://theia-cloud.io/documentation/addapplication/#add-an-app-definition
