keep alive on Node env

To improve SSR performance, on Node we should create axios instance by default with options:

```js
httpAgent: new http.Agent({ keepAlive: true }),
httpsAgent: new https.Agent({ keepAlive: true }),
```

It may be optionally disabled with a new env var.
