Binary file contents from archives

Currently there is no way to load binary file contents from the archives service. Trying to do so returns a 500 error.

The current format of embedding the contents inside JSON is probably not the best for this, although I realize there are security concerns about hosting arbitrary files in a way that a browser can load (directly in the response body).
