Cannot launch the project locally

when i do npm install ,it workly but when i do npm start it say " 'PORT' is not recognized as an internal or external command

just go to package.json, search for start under scripts.
You should find this line of code:
"start": "PORT=5000 react-scripts start"
just remove PORT=5000 as to have only:
"start": "react-scripts start"
This worked for me.
