[Issue] Sometimes the connection on Windows may fail due to insufficient permission #225
Description
Sometimes the connection on Windows may fail due to insufficient permissions. It is recommended to change the connection port to a higher port above 50000.
I changed the port to fix this problem, and hope we can do some update about this.
