Add support for the "release diff" command #51

Description
Earlier versions of RMK supported a release diff command which would output a diff of all the changes that release sync would make to the given selectors. We found this very useful as a way of validating the cluster's state before making changes (and double checking our own work before changing things).
Could this feature be added please?
