Feature Request: Example usage

It'd be good to provide examples for using am-i-isolated.

For example:

• Using docker to run on a machine
• Using ctr to run on a cloud node (e.g. EC2)
• *.yaml for running it within a pod
• *.yaml for running in a daemon set

I think it'd be good to have this within an example/ directory at the root of the project and using .yaml file examples rather than examples embedded within in README.
