Point users to new installers

I plan to ship a few new installers by the end of August as 2.0 release.

The beta 2 installer can be found at

https://github.com/phpmanager/phpmanager/releases/tag/v2.0-beta2

and the remaining tasks can be found in

https://github.com/phpmanager/phpmanager/milestone/1

All installers are compiled from the source code, so they have a clear source to track back.

Compared to the installers here,

• 1.3.0/1.4.0 installers are something you downloaded from the internet without source code.
• 1.5.0 installers came from https://github.com/RonaldCarter/PHPManager but they might not work for IIS 7.x/8.x.
