Inconsistent spacing

There is inconsistent spacing:

• Between the first hook and LLM response -> very small space.
• Between the second hook and the first one -> big one.
• Between the second hook and USER prompt -> bigger than between User prompt and LLM response.

I think it would be nice to have same space everywhere (e.g. the one between User Prompt and LLM response).

Yeah this is a tricky one to solve, actually the space after expandable blocks that should be somehow improved, as they are important to mark as a end of the expandable block, I will need to think how to solve this and give some tries

If possible, it might look nice to have "bigger space" between the end of the LLM response and the next user-prompt (it will also make it easier to see that preRequest hooks are actually related to the following user-prompt - although it depends on editor-code-assistant/eca#208).
I will try to mock some ideas.

Just pushed that, and it looks better indeed. So I think the only missing is for the expandables, right?
