Pcie bifurcation with Rock 5B #248

Hello,
While other variants of Rock 5B have two m.2 slots it's still possible to connect cheap pcie bifurcation board for Rock 5B.
For now edk2 option for pcie is locked to 4x only, is this possible to get bifurcation with 5B? Usually this works correctly with 5b+ images, but it would be great to see that option included with right board.
