PCIe SSD lanes 2 and 4 don't work on the cm3588

I don't have a uart cable to show logs but of the four m.2 slots on the cm3588 I can only get my drives to work on slots 1 and 3. I have three drives and the most I can get to appear is 2. When I try one drive and hop it between the slots it only shows up as a boot device when it's plugged into slots 1 and 3.

I'm using release v1.1 and the model of my SSD's is Lexar NM620.

All three drives did appear when I was using FriendlyElec's Alpine build. I could go back to that to test again but I'd rather not unless necessary because my OS is installed on the same device as the edk2 firmware.

I bit the bullet and reflashed the vendor Alpine image and can confirm I see the drives now. My exact process was:

1. Plug two drives into slots 2 and 4
2. Boot into the UEFI shell and confirm that I can't see the drives with the command pci
3. Reflash the vendor uboot and alpine image to the eMMC without touching the drives
4. Boot into Alpine and run lsblk
5. I can now see the two drives as nvme1n1 and nvme3n1

So this problem is isolated to something with the edk2 uefi firmware.
