reader readingFinished action not working from the reader AND not persisted on disk

The readingFinishedQueue array is not persisted to disk when the reader is closed by the readingFinished close function.

The “readingFinished” button in the reader footer (bottom right) behaves inconsistently:

• When the reader closing is delayed, the action syncs correctly.
• However, double-clicking the button causes the “reading finished” state to become invalid or lost.
• need to apply a denounce on the function

This fix introduce a delay of 1sec to synchronize the readingFinished action before closing reader.
