Does it defaultly have vulnerability, when I up the application?

First, thank you for you job. I am testing a scanner and found this project. I do have a question about it.

When I set all the configuration to default, which means use google cloud as backend host, and just up the application

according to ReadMe. Now, I can access the website localhost:4200. Does it mean that this website has the so many vulnerability

list at the bottom of this github page?

I would appreciate if you can answer this question.
