Make ownership tracking of openedx repos optional #1049
Description
[proposal]: Rather than closely tracking ownership of openedx repos, we could make openedx repo tracking optional.
- We could allow openedx repos in the spreadsheet, and verify that they are real and have not been archived.
- If the spreadsheet is missing newly found openedx repos, we could ignore this entirely. Which means we wouldn't be informed about newly created repos, like openedx-authz.
- If we are tracking an openedx repo that gets archived, we probably still want to be notified so we can remove it from our spreadsheet and/or fork it if we still need it.
We could also decide if want to remove other axim owned repos.
Ensure that no changes are made that would affect the accuracy of any data that is in the spreadsheet.
