Upload panel is missing

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the TEI Publisher interface where the upload panel is not appearing. When accessing the TEI Publisher page in the browser, I am unable to see the upload panel that should allow me to upload XML files (after singning in with tei-demo/demo)

Steps I’ve Taken:

• Verified that the TEI Publisher files are present in the apps/tei-publisher folder.
  

• Checked the web.xml configuration for the correct servlet mapping.
  

• Cleared browser cache and restarted eXist-db.
  

• Checked the eXist-db logs for any error messages, but found none specific to the issue.
  

The same error seem to appear in the browser version and via existdb

Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve the missing upload panel issue, or if this is a known bug in the current version of TEI Publisher?
