No option to promote and demote Observers/JLCs/LCs if the default page has been changed

The option to promote or demote them disappears if you change the default view for the folder.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a test LC
2. When viewing the LC (lc/test), the admin bar lets you change the State (Observer->JLC)
3. Create a new page in the LC Folder
4. Select that page as default view
5. Now '''lc/test''' points to the new page, and the state refers to the page's state, not the LC's
6. To change the LC status you can either:
7. Change the view back, change the status and select the page as default again
8. Or navigate to /lc/test/view and change the state of the LC

I guess it's a minor thing, but since it'll be Int. Board who'll have to change this, it should be as easy as possible. It would be good to have an action or a button to change to the view without typing it.

I cannot reproduce this one. Can you provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce this bug?
