Investigate: at export show ETH prices supplied by admin

well the plug-in already knows how much the total ticket cost is in fiat, that's how it converts the full order $$ into ETH, no? is there any reason we couldn't record both data points at the same time? if tickets are sold over multiple days, then we're left to convert the amount of ETH to that day's ETH price in fiat.
