Suite name

Currently, we refer to this suite as effect-handlers-bench. For marketing purposes it would be good to come up with a more felicitous name. Let's collectively think about good names; here's some examples to bootstrap the process:

• MeasureFX
• BenchFX (I am using this name now for a different project: https://github.com/wasmfx/benchfx)
• HaRP (Handler Runtime Performance)
• EHOPE (Effect Handler Oriented Performance Evaluation)
• FXmark
