Optimize github actions #37
Description
- Running all the benchmark exhausts github cache size and makes the pipeline much slower.
- Check how to enable parallel runs (currently disabled) that do not interact badly with BYOB pushing system. In the worst case, we can manually restart some of the runs where push failed. Properly fixing this might take some time and work.
