Add WasmFX system

We should add WasmFX as a system (specifically the engine wasmfxtime). However, one tricky thing about WasmFX is that, unlike the other languages, it is not a "programmer" language but rather a "machine" language. So, the benchmarks should be written in some higher-level "programmer" language.
