Literate Effekt files

I've noticed a bump in the Markdown LoC coinciding with the time a file with the .effekt.md extension was added.

Which raises the question: How should we count Literate Effekt files; is Markdown the best choice here? Should "Literate Effekt" be its own category?

In my opinion the classification of .effekt.md is correct, they're literally markdown files after all.

Still, if we really want to do that, it would be a simple change. I'd prefer a "literal effekt" instead of combining it with "effekt". We should probably also add an annotation because the plot will change significantly.

I thought about this again and having Literal Effekt might be nicer than Markdown in order to get a quick estimate of how much Effekt code is in the main repo?

EDIT: Come to think of it, that might be non-trivial to do well, all filters I could find were subtractive like "mark this as a comment", but there's no "only mark the stuff within ``` as code" 🤔 .
EDIT2: The only thing I could put together is something like:

But I'm not sure we even use just/always:
