Create FAQ on setting up environment #32
Description
Add a documentation stating the typical issues when setting up an environment with the probable solution.
E.g
- Running command prompt as system administrator
- Python/Node.js versions mismatch
- Activate/deactivate virtual environments
- Multiple Python/pip versions (ensure people are using the correct executable)
