Program does nothing when launched on Windows

People have been waiting for more than a year for an actual clear tutorial on how to make it work on Windows... And I'm one of these people, I've tried using CMD and I tried to use the command stated in the readme.md, but it did absolutely nothing... Also, launching the EXE does nothing as well

Yea I haven't used this in quite a while, so it's possible it's not compatible with newer discord apis. Pull requests welcome.
I don't use windows so I can't help you there. Good luck.
