E127: Cannot redefine function <SNR>4_SynSet: It is in use #5

Excited to see some progress on a project that I see otherwise has been stalled for 5+ years! I was working on making some efforts against this myself, and was pleasantly surprised to see your quite active fork already here.

I am struggling to get started with the instructions at https://github.com/egberts/vim-nftables/blob/master/INSTALL.md , however. I'm failing with similar errors here across the 2 different systems I've tried:

Simply trying the directed:

vim vim-nftables/test/all-syntaxes-good.nft

I get:

indent/nftables.vim: called.
Error detected while processing BufNewFile Autocommands for "*.nft"..FileType Autocommands for "*"..Syntax Autocommands for "*"..function <SNR>4_SynSet[25]..script /home/mark/.vim/syntax/nftables.vim[32]../usr/share/vim/vim91/syntax/syntax.vim[20]../usr/share/vim/vim91/syntax/synload.vim:
line 63:
E127: Cannot redefine function <SNR>4_SynSet: It is in use
Press ENTER or type command to continue

I also see that all-syntaxes-good.nft does not exist under test - though it doesn't matter which test file I use, or if I try pointing this to my own nftables.conf.

Ubuntu 24.10 (Oracular Oriole), vim 9.1.707.
