Eggnog mapper to find orthologues

Greetings,

I read a note on this issue board indicating that Eggnog mapper would not be a good tool for finding human orthologues to a fish species. This confused me, because it seems like the Eggnog output could easily be filtered to find human orthologs. Basically, by selecting report orthologs and filtering for 'one2one' and 'Homo sapiens'. Is this not an appropriate use of the Eggnog mapper output.?
