Data source of Curated STR expansions

Hi,  I am interested in the curated STR expansions table in [readme](https://github.com/egor-dolzhenko/ehdn-paper-analysis/tree/master/CompareSTRDatabases). Would you please let me where is the data source of the start and end pos in that table? Thanks
