Ensure `back_transformation` / `augmented_data` not removed in processing pipeline

Presently the back_transformation and augmented_data is being removed. While this isn't a massive deal, for now it would be helpful for troubleshooting the yi meta-analysis SE's. and secondly, it's good for full transparency of the calculation pipeline.
