Missing package dependencies cause installation to error out #161
Description
Package won't install because dependencies are missing. Instead of installing dips, when install ManyEcoEvo, installation errors out.
Pkg Dependencies:
- metaviz
- timetk
- anything else? Attempt installation on clean system environment
Dependencies for plots (in manuscript, see thesis version):
doesn't affect pkg installation, but seems like some functions call it, at least for some plots of the box cox ratings
