Fix docs execution for community talk and indexing notebooks

Summary

• remove the temporary execution exclude patterns now that the affected notebooks run cleanly
• update the community talk tutorial to set SciPy array API state, shrink the dataset, and skip the unstable program generation demo
• refresh the indexing pushdown example to run with the current array API schedule API
