Squelch 0 open monitor

Hello and thanks for this awesome firmware. I have a question about a different behavior between the stock firmware and Egzumer 0.21
When no signal and "sql" = 0, with the stock firmware, no sound is produced but with the v0.21 the sound is present (only white noise).

To have the same behavior with the stock firmware, I need to open the monitor.

Is there any way to restore the original behavior with v0.21?
