German keyboard on Windows: `{` & `[` does not work

Hi,

on a german keyboard the { (Alt Gr+ 7) and the [ (Alt Gr+ 8) does not work.

Othe keys are working:

Eventuell sind auch weitere keys davon betroffen: aws/session-manager-plugin#13

Would be nice if you could fix this.
